Parcion Private Wealth is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal information. Parcion Private Wealth, hereinafter referred to as (“Parcion”) does not rent, sell, or trade your personal information to anyone. The following is a description of how we protect your information, how we may use the information and the circumstances in which we would need to disclose information to others.

Such steps shall include whenever possible, shredding paper documents and records prior to disposal, requiring off-site storage vendors to shred documents maintained in such locations prior to disposal, and erasing and/or obliterating any data contained on electronic media in such a manner that the Information can no longer be read or reconstructed.
Information and Third Parties
We do not share any personal information about our clients or former clients with anyone outside Parcion Private Wealth without your direction or approval, except as described below. We require that when we share information within the scope of this agreement, those with whom we share such information keep that information strictly confidential, except where disclosure is permitted or required by law.
Those instances include:
- Disclosures to companies that perform services on our behalf to assist us in providing our services to you, including our technology partners.
- Disclosures to companies necessary for us to manage and administer your account (such as providing account information to brokers and custodians).
- Disclosures that we have determined to be permitted or required by law or as required by applicable or regulatory authorities with jurisdiction over Parcion.
- In circumstances where Parcion reasonably believes it is necessary to investigate, prevent or react to illegal activities, suspected fraud, threatening situations, or violations of our terms and conditions of use. In every case, disclosures are limited to the data determined to be necessary under the particular circumstances. We have not and will not sell any personal information about our clients or former clients.
Parcion does not send emails to clients or users requesting login, User ID’s, password or billing information. If you receive an email purporting to be from Parcion that asks you to provide personal or account information, or login and passwords, do not provide such information unless you have first verified that the website or email is from Parcion Such emails may be fraudulent and used in connection with scams known as phishing Parcion asks that you report any suspicious emails or websites to Parcion.
We may provide links to access other websites that are not operated or controlled by Parcion These policies herein do not apply to any third-party websites.
Your participation is an important component of all our safety efforts. We believe it is essential that we work in close cooperation with you as our Client to maintain the highest levels of security.
