John De Carvalho, CFA®
John joins Parcion with considerable wealth management and leadership experience, previously serving as Chief Investment Officer at two large Seattle area Registered Investment Advisors. He is adept at working with clients, ranging from business owners, corporate executives, families, and institutions, to help them realize their goals and accomplish what is most important to them. As Co-CIO at Parcion, John’s role is to enhance our investment philosophy and implementation process through research and analysis; and together with other members of the investment committee, direct firm-wide strategic allocation policies with a goal of always finding opportunities to add value and affect positive change for our clients and their portfolios.
John’s experience and accomplishments include:
- CFA® Charterholder since 2004
- Graduate of the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business: Economics and Finance
John has also been dedicated to improving our society through community and charitable organizations, including current or past involvement with:
- Sno-King Minor Hockey
- Habitat for Humanity
- Mama’s Hands – House of Hope
- Junior Achievement
Together with his wife and two sons, John and his family enjoy all the Pacific Northwest has to offer, especially the outdoor activities, including camping, fishing, and golfing.
