Lauren Small

With over seven years of industry experience, Lauren manages regulatory compliance and various operational components as Parcion’s Operations and Compliance Manager. She’s served in Manager, Director, and Accountant roles at several prominent, leading financial firms and RIAs, such as Moss Adams, KMS Financial, Columbia Pacific, and Corient. Lauren’s unique blend of skills, strengths, and talent elevate Parcion’s growth, making our operations department one of the most experienced and talented in the industry, supporting the team in providing world-class service to the families we serve.

As a Washington State alumni, Lauren majored in Accounting and holds a Master of Accountancy degree. She is a Seattleite born and raised, currently residing in her hometown of West Seattle. In her free time, she enjoys traveling to experience new cities and cultures, practicing yoga, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
