Lauren Small

With over seven years of industry experience, Lauren serves as Parcion’s Director of Finance and Operations, overseeing regulatory compliance, financial strategy, and operational excellence. Her leadership ensures that Parcion’s operations department remains one of the most experienced and talented in the industry, supporting the team to deliver world-class service to the families we serve.

Lauren has held Manager, Director, and Accountant roles at several leading financial firms and RIAs, including Moss Adams, KMS Financial, Columbia Pacific, and Corient. Her unique blend of financial expertise, strategic vision, and operational acumen drives Parcion’s continued growth and success.

A proud Washington State alumna, Lauren majored in Accounting and earned a Master of Accountancy degree. Born and raised in Seattle, she resides in her hometown of West Seattle. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling to explore new cities and cultures, practicing yoga, skiing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
