Shanice Dawson

With over ten years of experience in client relations and account management, Shanice provides an extremely detailed approach as Operations Manager with Parcion Private Wealth. She enjoys organizing, streamlining daily tasks, and prides herself in her relationship building skills. Prior to joining Parcion, Shanice was an account manager at a co-employer organization. Among Shanice’s many professional accomplishments are earning her Kaizen Lean Six Sigma White and Yellow belts.

Born and raised in Billings, MT she is happy to now call Washington home! In her free time, Shanice enjoys traveling to new places, wine tasting, hiking, and building Harry Potter Legos!
