Heather serves as Relationship Development Manager at Parcion Private Wealth, leading the firm’s prospect and client relationship development strategy to expand Parcion’s reach and elevate the experience for the business-owner families we serve. She drives growth across Parcion’s family office by cultivating relationships throughout our ecosystem of resource partners, designing high-impact events and experiences, and partnering internally to ensure every prospective family encounters the clarity, confidence, and white-glove coordination that defines Parcion.

With more than a decade of experience in high-net-worth wealth management, Heather is known for building trusted, authentic relationships with ultra-high-net-worth founders, business owners, first-generation wealth creators, and multigenerational families. She excels at consultative discovery: helping families articulate what matters most, navigating complexity around liquidity events, succession, and legacy planning, and connect their priorities to sophisticated family-office solutions. Her approach is both strategic and deeply personal, creating seamless, differentiating journeys that demonstrate Parcion’s value early and foster lasting partnerships.

Prior to Parcion, Heather was an influential business development leader at Brighton Jones, where she helped pioneer the firm’s digital channel with a focus on strategic relationship-building and elevated prospect journey experiences. She also served as an Associate Financial Planner at Mainspring Wealth Advisors. She holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses and is certified in Genuine Sales and SPIN Selling. Based in Seattle, Heather lives with her husband and son and brings a strong commitment to wellbeing, the culinary arts, financial literacy, and community involvement to her work.
