Tim Bond

With extensive experience building public and private security investment portfolios, Tim joins Parcion Private Wealth as a Director of Investment Operations and Portfolio Management. Tim started his career trading in the energy industry. He worked in fixed income research for an insurance company and for over ten years at JP Morgan Asset Management on the team that managed over $100 billion of assets in core, core plus and insurance fixed income strategies. Tim was the Chief Investment Officer at Gripman Investment Advisors and managed a multi-asset strategy focused on delivering superior risk adjusted returns. Most recently, he was a Private Investment Analyst & Portfolio Manager at Winthrop Capital Management.

Tim is passionate about delivering superior investment returns for clients and interacting with the Parcion team regarding potential opportunities and risks. Tim earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University and has an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He is ranked as a top ten investor on the SumZero institutional investment portal, which is the world’s largest professional investor community. Tim serves on the Board of Directors for Bellevue Chamber, where he collaborates with other business leaders on relationship, policy, and development for organizations throughout the Puget Sound region.

Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and their four children. In his free time, he enjoys biking, hiking, and golf and is hopeful that he might have one more Ironman triathlon left in him.
